Jeff Lotthammer
Hi, I’m Jeff! I’m an NSF GRFP and NSF Frontera Computational Sciences fellow finishing up my PhD in Computational Systems Biology at WUSTL.
Primarily interested in quantitative molecular biology, focusing on the intersection of experiments with Bayesian machine learning and generative models.
During my PhD, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some incredibly talented people. This has given me the opportunity to work on all sorts of projects ranging from mechanistic biology to protein engineering for both biosynthetic technological and translational therapies to computational methods development and essentially anything in between.
